First of all I want to start by saying the women working again the front desk (I encountered three) were awesome. Fast, helpful knowledgable. They went above and beyond when helping me schedule several appointments. I also appreciated the no wait in waiting room and mask wearing requirements. The doctor was just okay. She wasn't super friendly, a little cold and unenthusiastic. I really did not care for the facilities. The office wasn't comfortable, things seemed old and dusty. No decor and not sparkling clean like I expect a medical office to be. Just blah.

I was in the office seven months ago to get a crown placed on the bottom left side. I have been in the office before that to get two other crowns that I had no problems with. For them to charge me to see the dentist again due to something the dental hygienist or the dentist did unsatisfactory, I feel is unfair. For a dentist office to charge for a appointment or care if its due to something on their part even if you waive one charge is not enough. Most offices waive the whole appointment if it is due to negligence in their part.

I had a filling fall out that was 5 years or less old. I know that can happen but I do have one other filling that has been in my tooth for decades. Use stronger glue. Also, I noticed that the instrument table was dirty and rusty. That is not a good look when it's right in your line of sight.

Dr. VH is the best. The entire atmosphere of the office (including all the staff) is positive. He spends individual time to get to know his patients, and he truly cares. He's more of a perfectionist than me, which I love! I would highly recommend.

At my dental office I get top treatment from beginning to end. I get the best advice for me as an individual. I feel my dentist loves what he does and so thrives with dental knowledge.
